Mahogany Beatz is a hot rapper who has been on the scene producing music for some of the biggest names in the business. He won his first Grammy for his work with Jay-Z on the album, Hard Knock Life Volume 2. His second Grammy won was for work with the amazing Mariah Carey on her album The Emancipation of Mimi. As if that isn't enough, he also has done work on five movie soundtracks as well.
Mahogany is also an in house producer for Ruff Ryders entertainment and this led to Mahogany producing for the megastar rapper Dr. Dre. One of the major projects he did for Dr. Dre was producing the hit single, Bad Intentions which was the featured song in the movie, The Wash. If you watch the video or listen to the song, you hear Dr. Dre say, "Mahogany dropping the instrumental." And, yes, I went to vevo.com and watched the video!
Mahogany' own album is due out this year. Called Lov3 and Hip Hop, one of the singles on it is I Want It All. Dominick is the executive producer of the video and it is a fun ride that introduces not only the song, but shows a back story of a high stakes card game. The video was filmed inside the beautiful Detore home and backyard and guess who is in right in the thick of the card game? Yep, watch the video and see Dominick along with Janine's brother, Stephen at the table several times in the video. Also in the video are cameos of Janine and Dominick's son, Louis and their daughter, Jeannie.

When I spoke to Dominick about this new experience he was more than excited about it and felt that it was just a wonderful opportunity to be part of. He also went on to say how wonderful it was to work with Mahogany who is just an all around great guy! So, enjoy the video and add executive producer to Dominick's list! He did a great job!
